Return Policy

General rules

  • The return request must be submitted within a period not exceeding 3 working days from the moment the request is received. Any requests sent after 3 days from receipt will not be taken into consideration.
  • Please note that if the customer wishes to return the product without any logical reason, this will result in a 15% deduction from the product value and the delivery costs will be borne.
  • There will be no return fees in case of any defect in the parts or difference in the product.
    • The product to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received, with all its accessories (box, wrapping, etc.) and not used. A product that has been used and still has the price tag on it is considered a used product and cannot be returned.
    • The product to be returned must be in the same package or wrapping in which it was received.
    • In the event of an exchange, the customer shall bear the full shipping and delivery costs, unless there is any defect on our part.
    • Exchange or return within 7 days, and in some cases we may have to delay the process for an additional 3 days.

    How can I return or exchange a product?

    Contact us via Live Chat and submit a return request for the product, and a customer service representative will respond to you.

    1. The return request will be studied by customer service and you will be responded to within one day of submitting the request.
    2. Three photos of the product to be returned must be attached to the return request (front, back, brand).
    3. Send the product to be returned through the shipping company, and the team will assist you and answer any inquiries.
    4. Upon completion of the inspection of the returned product and after approval, the purchase value of the product will be sent to the same address you used and the same contact information.
